Contact Admin. I have to say that my fiance and I were very disappointed with Turtle Inn. Maybe its because we just got back from Blancaneaux where the service was excellent. We arrived early, three hours prior to check-in time but we were coming from Bancaneaux so we assumed that the two places would have communicated that we would be arriving ahead of the 3pm check-in time.
When we arrived, they asked us to wait "25 minutes" because our rooms were not quite ready yet. We ended up waiting for 3 hours. And when I asked the front desk about our room, they weren't apologetic at all. Rather, they made us feel bad for having arrived early. And once our room was finally ready and we settled in, I opened our fridge and they did not bother cleaning and refilling the fridge.
There were left-over food in the fridge from the previous person and they didn't replace the beverages. We also ordered coffee to be delivered to our room in the mornings since this was a free service they provided. They somehow managed to misplace our order two days in a row.
We never got our coffee and it was brought only after I physically went back to the front desk to ask for it. If we were asking for a service that's out of their ordinary service, I would understand but it was a service that they offered us! They shouldn't offer services that they can't provide. Finally, the mosquitos and flies were unbearable. I don't understand why they don't provide nets in all rooms.
They didn't offer it to us nor did we realize that we could ask for it so we suffered through 2 nights of being bitten by mosquitos in our room. I overheard someone else asking for mosquito net and that's when I realized it was available.
